Weaning and the Dreaded Cot Move

Ok so, so far, tonight is the night *dahn dahn daaaahn*

I am going to be a brave mammy and just get this over with!

The little terror has started doing double night feeds again, he gives me a few nights of sleeping through till 6:30am, then messes with me by doing half 1 and half 6.

Ok so he was only 2 months old in this pic, but he's so tiny in his huge cot :(

But he seems a lot more at peace in his cot than in his basket, he'll happily lay there and look around for up to an hour when he wakes up from a nap!

So fingers crossed and toes crossed please!

My biggest fear is that the baby monitor doesn't wake me up for whatever reason...or it switches itself off.

But on the positive side it'll be kinda nice to get our bedroom back and it'll be good for T to have his own space.

Weaning's going well, had to stop feeding him food last night, he had about 7 tsps, according to the weaning guides he should only be on 1 :S but if he wants it and he's managing to eat and swallow well then I don't see too much of an issue?!

So just thought I would do a quick update, got to go and get ready now, as me and the OH are going out for a 3 course Valentines meal (ooh la la) Grandma and Granddad are looking after T, and also The Daughter as she's a bit poorly sick.

Hopefully we'll have a lovely time out, and I can report my success tomorrow with the cot move!
