Well, awesome seems to be my phrase of the last 24 hours!
I feel awesome.
I have no idea what's caused this, maybe its the exercising that I'm doing of an evening? Started off doing 10 minutes and have increased it by 10 minutes a day so far, that'll have to stop or it won't be long before I'm doing 24 hours of exercise if I carry that on!
Been going on Dance Central, the Wii Fit and Wii Zumba. Not so much enjoying the Dance Central, mostly because I don't want to be crashing around like the sugar plum elephant. But am thoroughly enjoying the Zumba and Wii Fit!
Can't believe how hard it is to burn calories off though! In my 50 minute session I burnt off just over 100 calories. So maybe 24 hours of exercise isn't such a bad idea in order to achieve my fabulous by 30 goal!
I put on Facebook last night that my new New Years resolution is to be awesome, an awesome wife: by not sweating the small stuff, taking more care with my looks and to try and make the Hubby feel loved and appreciated every day. An awesome Mum: spending as much playtime as I can with Toby and always finding the time to listen to him and play or watch what he wants, even if that means watching the damn Gruffalo 40,000 times a day. Being there for the Daughters and being supportive and help them achieve whatever makes them happy, and finally an awesome friend: I would say I'm pretty good at this already, but I aim to do little things like interact with people more in real life, and communicate with those on Facebook who live squillions of miles away.
Also if I feel awesome on the inside then that's got to show on the outside somehow right?!
