Things that annoy me about newborns...

1) Their hands. They shouldn't be allowed the damn things till they can control them! Not only is there the heart stopping game of 'did all of their fingers come through the sleeve' but I have sat and watched Eves hand grab her face so hard she cried; sneak up and knock her dummy out of her mouth, repeatedly; and this evenings trick, push the bottle into her mouth when she wanted a breather and pull the bottle away when she wanted it, resulting in her throwing herself about and ending with me getting rather cross and trying to pin her dawn hands so they stop interfering!!

2) This may only be relevant to mothers of reflux babies, but their ability to completely miss the bib when they're sick. I can always tell when Eve is going to be sick, she has her burp then you can actually hear her tummy pinging the milk up. So I hold the bib at her chin ready to catch and she looks left, I go left, she looks right, I go right, she looks left, I go left, she settles at left then 'ping' and she goes right completely missing her clothes and sicking all over me. 

3) The dummy game. IF YOU WANT THE DAMN THING THEN STOP SPITTING IT OUT!!
